For this type of preparation we recommend our classic piadina.

  1. Clean the rocket by removing the hard parts of the stems, wash it and dry it by dabbing it with a scrubber or with the appropriate salad spinner.
  2. Season the piadinas as they are cooked according to the following recipe:
    1. Spread the entire piadina with a layer of squacquerone.
    2. Place the raw ham and rocket on half of the piadina.
    3. Close and serve immediately.
